It is with a deep sense of anticipation and pride that we have officially opened Adelaide University to the world and I begin my tenure as Vice Chancellor.

Since launching in market, our international education partners have truly embraced Australia’s new for-purpose university and the wonderful and expanded opportunities available to international lifelong learners. Thank you for your support as we have built the foundations for Adelaide University.

I join the institution with true optimism as we embark on our formative years and establish Adelaide University as a distinctly outward looking and nationally and globally leading university, working distinctively in the service of South Australia and its people.

As a member of the prestigious Group of Eight, we will deliver the highest national and international standards of academic quality, but reimagine excellence and impact to help individuals reach their ambitions and be the best they can be within their fields, communities and society at large.
