Clearing and Confirmation

Receiving Results - For Undergraduate Entry Only

If
your student has taken A Levels, we should automatically receive their
results via UCAS, you do not need to send the results to us.

For other qualifications including English results your student should email these to ugmissinginfo@bath.ac.uk as soon as possible.

Our
Admissions Team will review the applications and make final decisions
as soon as possible. Final decisions will be communicated via the UCAS
Hub and will be available from 08:00 (BST) on Thursday 14 August.

Where
a student has missed the conditions of their offer, the Admissions Team
will still review their application and consider whether they can be
taken as a near miss. Final decisions will be communicated via the UCAS
Hub.

We have Places in Clearing!

The
University of Bath will have places in Clearing for many of our courses
for September 2025 entry. Our list of vacancies will be updated on our
website in advance of Clearing re-opening on Thursday 14 August. If your students are interested, they can ring our Call Centre.

Your
student can ‘collect’ multiple provisional offers for courses in
clearing and then decide which offer to accept. Once they have decided,
they will need to submit a Clearing choice through UCAS. You can find
more information about this on our website.

We
will guarantee accommodation either within University buildings or with
one of our chosen partners for all students coming to us through
Clearing.

Results Day and the Clearing Call Centre

For results questions or Clearing enquiries, please contact our Clearing Call Centre on +44(0)1225 97683.

It will open at 8:00 (BST) on Thursday 14 August and will be extremely busy for the first few hours so please be patient if you cannot get through straight away.

Full opening hours of our call centre are below:

• Thursday 14 August: 08:00- 17:00

• Friday 15 August: 09:00-17:00

• Monday 18 August- Friday 23 August: 09:00-16:00

Please note, our UG Admissions Team are unavailable until Thursday 14 August as we will be busy reviewing the applications.
