First of all, thank you for your support with our February intake - we truly appreciate all your efforts.

It’s now time to fully focus on the September intake! Applications are, of course, open and we strongly encourage students to apply as soon as possible to ensure a smooth admissions process.

New Programmes for September

We are delighted to announce that we’ll be expanding our portfolio of undergraduate programmes in September. New additions include:

Artificial Intelligence BSc

This programme is designed to prepare students for a successful career in this fast-growing digital economy, giving them the practical knowledge and confidence to succeed in a wide range of AI and technology-driven careers.

Criminology BA

This programme challenges traditional thinking by exploring the deeper social, political, and cultural forces that drive crime and justice. Students will investigate how laws are enforced, how power operates in institutions, and how communities respond to harm. Students can also apply for the combined option: Criminology with Psychology

Please note that the above are subject to validation and approval. These programmes are accredited by University College Birmingham.

International Scholarships

A reminder that students can qualify for discounts of either £4,500 or £3,500 just by meeting all Early Action Scholarship deadlines.

Students can also apply for our Merit Scholarships, worth up to the full amount of the tuition fee. These include:

· Dean’s Award

· Vice Chancellor’s Award

· Sustainable Development Scholarship

· Women in Leadership Scholarship.

Details of all the above can be found on our Scholarships page.

Please note that a Merit Scholarship cannot be combined with parts A and B of the Early Action Scholarship.

Students starting an Undergraduate programme from September 2025 will receive a £2,000 continuation scholarship when they return for their second and third years.

2026 Summer Schools

Don’t forget to promote our wonderful Summer School offering with your network!

Students can choose from one of four fantastic courses based here in the heart of Birmingham:

All include teaching, cultural activities, accommodation, transfers and meal vouchers for just £1,250.

UCB Live - Online Open Day

Our next online open event will take place next week on Tuesday 3 March 2026.

This is the perfect opportunity for international students to learn more about:

· International student life

· Accommodation

· Visa processes.
