We are writing to remind all our partners of a critical procedural requirement regarding student visa applications.

Before any visa application is resubmitted following a previous refusal, you must first consult with and obtain clearance from your respective Regional Recruitment Manager.

This step is essential for several reasons:

• Strategic Review: A refusal often indicates that the student's Genuine Student (GS) profile needs reassessment. We need to work together to ensure that any new evidence directly addresses the previous grounds for refusal.

• Risk Management: Multiple visa refusals can have long-term negative impacts on both the student’s future travel prospects and the University’s provider risk rating.

• Integrity of Documentation: We must ensure that any updated financial or personal documentation is fully verified and consistent with previous submissions to avoid potential integrity flags.

Please note that resubmissions made without prior consultation may be viewed as a breach of our compliance standards and could lead to the immediate withdrawal of the student's Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
