各位老师， 根据最新的移民政策，经考虑，3月27日起，针对持有如下签证类型的学生，Curtin不再发放任何onshore CoE。 Covid Visa (subclass 408) Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) Visitor Visa holder (subclass 600)  Students can still apply to the university, but to issue the COE, the student must be offshore and meet our compliance criteria. 学生仍可以申请大学，但若要出具CoE，必须人在Offshore，且符合合规要求。 I'm aware this change will affect your student cohorts, but we had to make changes in our processes to meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.
