| Dear Valued Partners, I hope this email finds you well. Semester 1, 2026 is fast approaching, and we look forward to welcoming our international students to our Perth campus. To support students’ experience and academic success, please find the key dates for your reference below. All students are expected to arrive before Monday 9 February 2026 (Orientation) to commence their studies at Curtin for Semester 1. Students whose visas have not yet been granted must seek prior approval through Curtin’s late arrival approval process. All requests must be submitted via Ask International by selecting “Request Late Arrival to start Classes”. Students are also encouraged to ensure their accommodation is arranged prior to arrival to support a smooth transition to campus. Latest arrival dates: (please refer to attached document for details)
• Selected Health Sciences courses (except Bachelor of Midwifery)– 20 February 2026.
• All faculties – 27 February 2026 Students with pending visas, as well as those who have received their visa grant, must enrol and register for classes to ensure access to the most adequate timetable options. If a student has not received their visa outcome within three days of the approved latest arrival date (e.g Tuesday 17 or 24 February 2026), Curtin will automatically defer their Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) to the next available intake. Students will receive written confirmation of their new offer and COE. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and the guidance you provide to students during this important period.
