The recent changes to student visa processing in the United States have understandably caused uncertainty for many students and their families. We want to reassure you that Curtin University and Australia remain a safe and welcoming destination for international students.

While we maintain strict guidelines in assessing applications from students with prior visa refusals, an exception will be made for those who have been refused a U.S. visa, given the current circumstances

Curtin University still holds Priority 1 status for Australian student visa applications, ensuring our students are receiving high priority processing times by the Department of Home Affairs.

There is still time for students to enrol for Semester 2, and our team is available to work closely with you and provide any support you may need.
