Dear Partner,The University has been closely monitoring how visa and immigration policies have been implemented by the Home Office and UKVI over recent intakes. Recent changes to how university compliance with immigration policy is measured, and the potential impacts on our ongoing ability to sponsor international students, have required a review of our recruitment position, processes, and policies to ensure we remain a safe choice for genuine students seeking to study in the UK. A significant increase in credibility-based visa refusals across the sector has placed considerable pressure on universities to take proactive measures to ensure that our applicants are genuine, prepared, and credible in their intent to study with us.
