We'd like to say a big THANK YOU to all of you that joined our Agent Training webinar this morning. It was great to see so many of you there and we hope that you found it useful.
The recording is now available to watch on demand via the Agent Resource along with the slides from the presentation.

Agent details on CAS update for Masters applicants We are experiencing a technical/permissions issue with the new CAS Agency Branch Address section in the Agent Portal. The section has been removed from the portal and our IT team are working on fixing the issues.
In the meantime, agents will be contacted via a message on the portal to provide the details for eligible applicants. Please note: the applicant will also see this message.
If the applicant doesn't urgently need their CAS, you are welcome to leave responding until the CAS Agency Branch Address section is working again.
