Dear Partner,
As
we welcome our first ever Trimester 3 intake to campus for programmes
started earlier this month, we would like to say a big thank you to all
of your hard work and support the recruitment activities. We
know the work never stops and we we are already in full swing preparing
for our next intake already but it is important that we recognise all
the work that has gone into making our September 2025 intake a success!
We have outlined some of the key updates for us below. If you have any

Registration Details for June 2025
By
now, most students will have received their first email from the
university to start their registration process. The first stage can be
fully done online so student's are able to start this even before they
arrive in the UK if they wish. The
final parts of the process will involve setting up their tuition fee
payment plans and completing a visa check if applicable which they must
be in the UK to complete. The deadline for registration to be
complete is Friday 13th June, 4pm UK time. In
addition to our in-person advice centres, our Registration Helpdesk is
also open from 26th May to 13th June 2025 for phone and email enquiries.
Students can contact the helpdesk from 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday by
calling 0333 900 3052 or emailing registrationhelpdesk@napier.ac.uk. If

September 2025
Admissions
are fully underway processing offers for September 2025 with
undergraduate applications email turnaround is currently 3 working days
and postgraduate applications within 3 day turnaround and response time of 5 working days. Our admissions team works very hard to process all the applications.
If
you have any applicants interested in applying for September 2025,
please encourage them to do so at their earliest convenience. Please
note the UCAS application deadline for the international students is 30th June. A full list of all our courses with September 2025 starts can be found on our website.
For students who might be interested in additional English language courses, our English for Academic Purposes
team offers a different services and run activities that might be
