Subject: Important update – SCU Sydney & Melbourne campus relocation offers
Dear Valued Partners,
We are delighted to announce that from Term 5, 2025, Southern Cross University (SCU) will relocate its Sydney and Melbourne campuses to The Hotel School Australia (THSA) campuses, offering students an enhanced and more connected learning environment.
New campus details:
Sydney: SCU will move to 60 Phillip Street, just 2.2 km from the current campus. This location is shared with The Hotel School Sydney, only minutes from Circular Quay, major transport links, and Sydney’s iconic landmarks.
Melbourne: SCU will move to 399 Lonsdale Street, on the same street and just 880 metres from the current campus, now co-located with The Hotel School Melbourne.
What this means for students:
Students who have already accepted will need to accept a revised offer in StudyLink with the new campus address (all paid fees will automatically transfer).
Students who have not yet accepted should accept the revised offer in StudyLink.
Only the campus location has changed — all courses, study plans, and support services remain the same.
This relocation is a positive step that will:
Keep them in the heart of Sydney and Melbourne CBDs, close to transport, industry partners, and city services.
:point_right: Please reach out to your students proactively for this heads-up and encourage them to accept their revised offers no later than Friday, 28 August 2025.
We’re excited about this transition and confident it will deliver even more value to your students.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
