Following our announcement last year, Swinburne would like to kindly remind counsellors of our new Online Acceptance and payment method via Flywire.
If your student is required to pay a tuition deposit to accept their offer, they must use the Flywire payment link to complete the payment. Any other payment method will delay the acceptance process.
Our Admissions team will finalise the acceptance once:
The student has accepted their offer
You have continued the acceptance process in the agent portal
The student or their guardian has made the deposit payment using the Flywire link attached to their account.
This ensures a secure and consistent experience for all parties.
Supporting your student
To assist your student with the online acceptance process and deposit payment via Flywire, please follow the steps below:
Log in to the agent portal and click Respond to Offer to request your student to accept the offer.
Once your student has signed and accepted, you will receive a notification to log back in and continue the acceptance process (confirming the student’s COE and OSHC information).
After completing this step, you can send the Flywire payment link to your student or their guardian. The link can be found under the View Required Deposit button.
Your student will then receive the payment link to make the deposit payment. It is important that the deposit is paid using this link, as any other payment method will delay the acceptance process.
