From the beginning, Rahul made the decision to immerse himself in Australian culture and make the most of his opportunities. His involvement in the Swinburne Explorers Club inspired him to teach scuba diving and take off on an outback backpacking adventure. Dedication leads to successWhile studying, Rahul also applied this curiosity to his work with NHP – an engineering company he was involved with as part of his course's industry project.During the project, Rahul hit deadlines, formed relationships, was inquisitive and 'asked the right questions.' These steps gave Rahul an advantage and he was offered a graduate engineering role with NHP.Rahul continues to work within the field and is now the group product manager of an engineering team at Xero.
