Swinburne is pleased to offer an incentive to students for early acceptances into Higher Education and Vocational Educational and Training courses commencing in Semester 2 2026.
Please note there is a limited allocation of the early acceptance bonus and student grant. These exclusive offers for students are available until the allocation is exhausted, or until Friday 3 July 2026.
We encourage you to review the incentives below and act early to secure the benefits for your students and your team.
Grant for students new to Swinburne
Students new to Swinburne, who accept their Semester 2 2026 offer by Friday 3 July 2026, are eligible to receive a grant of A$1000. The grant is a one-off rebate to the student and is in addition to any scholarship that the student has received. The rebate is deducted from the student’s following semester tuition fees if they remain enrolled at Swinburne.
Reminder: Response to offers for Semester 1 2026
If your student holds an offer from Swinburne but is unable to commence in Semester 1 2026, we kindly request your assistance in responding to the offer via StudyLink.
When logging into the StudyLink portal, you will be able to select one of the following response options for your student:
Defer – where the student intends to commence in a later intake, or
Decline – where the student no longer intends to study at Swinburne.
This will assist us in finalising your student’s application and in managing our follow-up activities accordingly.
We thank you for your cooperation and continual support.
