It has been another busy month with some great opportunities to connect with our agent network, both onshore and in-market.

In April, we had the pleasure of hosting our onshore agents at the State Library of Victoria for our Onshore Agent Awards Lunch. The event was a celebration of collaboration and shared success, with agents hearing from senior leadership, academics from engineering and business, and one of our student ambassadors. We were also proud to present Agent Appreciation Awards, recognising outstanding contributions and results in 2025.

We also extended our engagement across Southeast Asia, with International Recruitment and Admissions partnering with Global Engagement on a coordinated trip across Malaysia and Vietnam. Together with our academic colleagues, we delivered a series of agent workshops, student activities and partner meetings, giving us the opportunity to connect in person, share updates and support your teams.

We thank all partners who engaged with us throughout the month and look forward to continuing this momentum in the months ahead.

Following the launch of our new Online Acceptance and payment method via Flywire last year, we are pleased to share a new video to guide you through the process.

If your student is required to pay a tuition deposit to accept their offer, they must use the Flywire payment link to complete the payment. Any other payment method will delay the acceptance process.

Our Admissions team will finalise the acceptance once:

• The student has accepted their offer

• You have continued the acceptance process in the agent portal

• The student or their guardian has made the deposit payment using the Flywire link attached to their account.
