Dear partner,

As part of ongoing improvements to the UNSW digital experience, there will be a planned system outage from 5.30pm on Friday, 27 March 2026 (AEDT) until 11.59pm on Sunday, 29 March 2026 (AEDT).

Services including online application submission, offer acceptance and online enrolment will be temporarily unavailable during the system outage. This outage will affect:

• Prospective students submitting new applications via Apply Online

• Offer holders using Accept Online

• Commencing students enrolling via myUNSW

We recommend advising your students who plan to apply or accept their offer during this period to do so before or after outage.
