1. 课程关闭通知

我们现已完成2025年法学硕士（9201）课程的所有正式录取轮次，因此将关闭该课程2025年的申请通道。对于尚未审理完毕且未填报第二志愿的T3 2025的申请者，其申请将被自动顺延至T1 2026。

2. 已递交申请的学生

- 若您不希望申请被顺延至T1 2026，请联系UNSW招生办撤回申请，并申请退还报名费（如符合条件）。

- 可退费的情况：全新且未进入审理阶段的申请。

- 不可退费的情况：已进入审理阶段但因材料不全而被搁置的申请。

- 撤回申请的截止时间：2025年5月27日（周二）澳大利亚东部标准时间（AEST）下午4点前。

3. 已获Offer的学生安排

此前已发放的正式录取（Full Offer）和条件录取（Conditional Offer）的接受截止日期保持不变，请相关申请者按原定时间确认。

4. 调整原因说明

UNSW深知此举可能对申请者造成影响，但为了确保教学质量，校方必须将新生规模控制在合理范围内，以保证最佳的学习体验。

Important update for Master of Laws applicants for Term 3, 2025

Dear valued partner,

We’re contacting you today with some key updates for Term 3, 2025 applicants to the Master of Laws (9201) program.

We have now passed the final advertised offer rounds for our Master of Laws (9201) program for 2025. As a result, we will be closing the program for 2025 and will move any outstanding Term 3, 2025 applications to Term 1, 2026 for prospective students who do not have a 2nd study preference.

Term 3, 2025 current applicants

If applicants do not want their application moved to Term 1, 2026, please contact UNSW Admissions who will withdraw their application and issue an application fee refund, if applicable. Refund eligibility is determined by the status of an application.

Applicants with new, unassessed applications may be eligible for refunds

Applicants who have been assessed and placed on hold due to insufficient documents are not eligible for a refund.

If you wish to withdraw your application, you must contact UNSW Admissions by 4pm on Tuesday, 27 May 2025 (AEST).

Previously communicated accept deadlines for full and conditional offer holders will remain.

UNSW does not make decisions of this nature lightly as we understand the disruption this causes, but we need to maintain student volume at a level where we can ensure the best learning experiences are extended to our incoming cohort.
