【VEPT英语测试政策变更】
应市场变化，自2025年10月1日起，学院将不再接受VEPT（Versant英语分级测试）作为英语能力证明。建议需要语言成绩的学生选择以下替代考试：
• 剑桥高级英语（CAE）
• 雅思（IELTS）
• 托福（TOEFL）
• 培生英语考试（PTE）
请注意预留充足时间进行考试及成绩提交。

【签证重要提示】
请学生务必核查澳大利亚内政部的相关要求，部分学生签证或需附加英语测试证明。

【特殊安排】
2025年10月1日起，对无法及时参加常规考试（雅思/托福/PTE）的学生，可接受家庭版托福iBT（TOEFL iBT Home Edition），但需满足：
• 仅限截止日期前两周内无法安排常规考试的特殊情况
• 考试费用由学生自行承担

【Flywire支付延迟通知】
因学院系统升级，通过Flywire支付的款项可能需要长达72小时才能显示在我们的系统中。我们正在全力解决此问题，请协助向学生传达该情况。修复进展将第一时间通报。

【2025年第三学期硕士预科招生】
现开放15周制硕士预科课程申请，新增艺术设计、传媒两大专业方向（原有工程与IT专业保持不变），助力国际学生衔接悉尼新南威尔士大学硕士学位。

Update regarding VEPT

Due to changing market conditions, UNSW College will no longer accept VEPT (Versant English Placement Test) after 1 October 2025 as a means of meeting English language proficiency requirements. We recommend that students who require an English language proficiency test take Cambridge Advanced English, IELTS, TOEFL or PTE instead, and allow time for this when submitting their application.

Agents should check relevant requirements from the Department of Home Affairs, as additional English language test requirements may apply for some student visas.

From 1 October 2025 onwards, we will accept TOEFL iBT Home Edition for students who do not have time to take IELTS, TOEFL or PTE. Please note that TOEFL iBT Home Edition:

Will only be accepted in circumstances where students do not have time to take a regular IELTS, TOEFL or PTE test (i.e. within two weeks of the acceptance deadline)
Will be at the student’s own expense

Flywire payment processing delays

Due to the implementation of new systems at UNSW College, please be aware that payments made through Flywire may take up to 72 hours to appear in our system.

We are actively working to resolve this known issue and appreciate your support in communicating this delay to your students. A fix is in progress, and we’ll provide further updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Pre-Masters Term 3 applications now open

UNSW College is now accepting Term 3, 2025 Pre-Masters applications. This 15-week program helps international students prepare for a master’s at UNSW Sydney, with new specialisations in Art & Design and Media, alongside Engineering and IT.
