Dear Student,

Please be advised that we have permit the application of Hybrid learning to post foundation students for two weeks to allow additional time for visa processing, this means you will be able to study online from offshore from 02^nd February 2026 to 13^th February 2026. If your visa has not been processed by then we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Latest day to confirm enrolment: 30 January 2026

If you are granted Hybrid you must attend all classes online with your camera switched on, any students not attending classes will be marked as absent.

If you have already received a new visa, you must attend your classes onshore, if you have not yet sent in a copy of your new visa, please do so as soon as possible.

To request hybrid, you must complete the below information and provide evidence of your visa application to @UPICNZ Admin Services

Offshore Enrollments

• The Registration and Subject Selection Microsoft Form must be submitted.
• Confirmation of current location
• Confirmation of hybrid learning
• Visa submission confirmation email
• UoA Under-18 Student Agreement and Parent Consent Forms must be completed and submitted to @UPICNZ Admin Services (if student is under 18)

Please note that onshore students applying for hybrid learning must be offshore to participate. Kindly submit a departure boarding pass for documentation purposes.
