Please accept your offer to secure your spot at the University of Otago

• Find your Offer of Place letter in your eVision alerts  

• Accept your offer

支付学费

Pay your Tuition fee

Pay your tuition fee before submitting your visa application.

• Your Offer of Place in your eVision portal has information about the tuition fee estimate.

• Pay the full fee on your Offer of Place (not a deposit).

• Payment options(NZD): Convera GlobalPay - Go to Convera payment platform Or Bank transfer

• Complete this form to request a tuition fee receipt.

Student Visa application:

• All international students must have a visa valid for study at the University of Otago, with the correct location of campus and programme of study specified.

• Avoid delays in processing the application:

Check emails regularly, including spam/junk folders, in case INZ requests more information.  If an Immigration Adviser or education consultant (agent) applies on your behalf, keep in regular contact with them.

Booking accommodation

• Semester 2 2025 accommodation applications open on 1 April 2025.

计划2025年7月入读的学生，我们的校属宿舍将于2025年4月1日开放申请。

• There are still places available in case you have not applied for accommodation and would like to be considered for one of Otago’s outstanding residential colleges

• Apply via your eVision portal using the Accommodation tab. Take a look at your options here

• Find more information on our Website - Accommodation for international students or email accommodation@otago.ac.nz.

住宿选择：

1．Residential Colleges(住宿学院)：适合本科课程和预科课程的新生

2． UniFlats（大学公寓）：适合研究生，博士生课程的新生或本科课程第二年的学生

申请方式：

1. 登录eVision账号

2. 在eVision主页"My details" 下，点击 “Residential Colleges and UniFlats” 即可进入Te Puna宿舍申请主页。

3. 同时申请人会收到标题为“Registration with Te Puna, the Otago Student Accommodation Portal”的邮件，邮件中会提示学生完成Te Puna登录密码设置。

4. 登录Te Puna，按照指示进一步完成要求的步骤以及上传需要的资料。
