These include a reminder that our Accommodation applications for September 2026 are now open! Kind regards, Catherine LiREMINDER: CAS ISSUANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS Below is a reminder of the steps required to allow us to issue new postgraduate students with their Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Meet Offer Conditions: Applicants must accept their offer and upload final transcripts, certificates, and English language results, as required to the Queen’s Portal. Course Deposit: Applicant's should pay their course deposit if required. Eligibility Checks: The University will assess student's academic, study, and immigration history, along with their intention to study, before issuing a CAS. Pay Deposit: Self-funded postgraduate taught students must pay a tuition fee deposit (Between £2,500 - £6,000) before a CAS can be issued (any course deposit paid will be deduced from the amount). Exact amount required is communicated to each applicant in the deposit letter document that accompanies the initial offer. CAS Shield: Eligible applicants who have accepted their offer for admission in September 2026 will be contacted by email in early Spring 2026 and invited to use the CAS Shield system to start the process for the preparation of their CAS. ATAS Clearance: All applicants who are required to obtain ATAS clearance must provide evidence to the Admissions and Access Service that they have already applied for ATAS clearance.
