Important Update Terms and conditions   Kia ora  Greetings from Wellington!   We have recently updated the guidance on how to apply the Verification of Documents clause (1.4) of our Standard Terms for University Representatives. We hope this update will make the application smoother for you and your students.   Clause 1.4 explains the responsibility of agents and partners to verify admission documents prior to submitting them to Victoria University of Wellington. These terms are available in full on our Agent and Partner Hub. What this means → We expect that all academic documents (transcripts, certificates) and identity documents (passports) submitted via the Agent and Partner Application Portal or by your student on the Student Portal (Pūaha) are verified by you.   → As such, we no longer require an official certification or stamp or note of that on the documents submitted via one of our application portals.   Do you need a refresher on how to use our Agent and Partner Application Portal? See our assistance page. What's next This change is effective immediately and applies retroactively. All Offers of Place issued after 1 July 2024 will be reviewed by our Admissions team to remove any conditions related to certified documents, provided the documents were submitted through one of our Portals.
